Job summary

Podimo, a fast-growing podcast and audiobook platform, seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist for its Amsterdam office. You will manage the full AP lifecycle, process invoices, oversee expenses via Pleo, and contribute to process improvements and audit readiness.

You will work with a global Finance team, ensuring accurate payments, documentation, and timely cash flow support, in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or general accounting.
• Proactive mindset with issue-resolution tendencies.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work output.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments with accurate general ledger coding.
• Maintain records of payables with documentation and reconciliation.
• Monitor open liabilities and follow up on discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee employee expense submissions via Pleo and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Support audit requests and maintain auditable AP processes.
• Assist cash management and weekly/monthly cash forecasting.
