Job summary

Prologis is seeking an enthusiastic Accounting (AP) intern in Amsterdam to join the team and contribute to the accounts payable process. You will handle invoices, assist with vendor setup, and help maintain payment controls while gaining hands-on experience in a leading international logistics real estate company.

The role requires enrollment in a Finance or Accounting program (HBO/BSc/MSc) and the ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Finance or Accounting at HBO/BSc/MSc level.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong numerical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional EU language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices and support AP activities.
• Help resolve supplier queries and assist supplier setup.
• Prepare vendor liability and payment control reports.
• Review AP aging lines and suspense accounts; join process improvement meetings.
• Provide ad hoc support to other departments as needed.
