Job summary

Fuji House in Steenwijkerland zoekt vier zelfstandige chef-koks niveau I.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor voorraadbeheer en bestellingen, coordineert het kook- en bereidingsproces en levert input voor het menu. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van alle gerechten en helpt mee aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe recepten. Vloeiend Engels is vereist en je werkt zelfstandig aan drukke diensten.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden: salaris tussen €2.506 en €2.994 per maand, ploegentarieven, maaltijdregelingen en pensioenregeling.

Job description

We are a Chinese restaurant looking for 4 independent working Chef level I

Tasks

The chef is responsible for inventory and order management.
Contributing to and coordinating the cooking and food preparation processes.
Contributing to the development of the restaurant's menu.
Monitoring the quality of the dishes.
Providing input for the development of new recipes.

1- MBO level 3 (vocational) working and thinking level.
2- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
3- Ability to take initiative.
4- Ability to handle stress and peak workloads.

Employment conditions

Salary starting at € 2.505,04 in accordance with the Hospitality Sector Collective Labour Agreement (CAO), rising to € 2.994,- depending on experience. Meals during working hours, travel allowance, pension scheme, tips, room and board.
