Het restaurant is gevestigd aan Amersfoortsestraat 10, 3821CB Amersfoort. Het salaris bedraagt grof €2.750 tot €3.250 per maand, met duidelijke doorgroeimogelijkheden en trainingen.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Selecteren en voorbereiden (wassen, snijden, mengen).
• Tussencontroles uitvoeren (gaarden, smaak, kleur) en bijstellen.
• Consistente kwaliteit en hygiëne waarborgen.
• Toezicht houden op keukenhulpen en bijsturen waar nodig.
• Voorraad bijhouden, ingrediënten bestellen en leveringen controleren.
• Dagelijkse reiniging van de werkruimte, apparatuur en werkstations.
• Technische storingen melden en kleine issues oplossen.
• Input geven over samenstelling/menu en werkwijzen.

We are restaurant Feefa, looking for multiple passionate Independent Working Chef Level I to strengthen our kitchen team. Do you have a passion for cooking and do you enjoy a dynamic kitchen environment? Then you are a perfect fit for us! You will assist in preparing dishes and work closely with our kitchen team. Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

• - Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
• - Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
• - Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
• - Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
• - Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
• - Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
• - Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
• - Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus, the menu list, and working methods
