A leading property management company in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a talented individual to oversee leasing activities and tenant relationships. Responsibilities include planning marketing initiatives for properties and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates will hold a minimum degree in a related field and have at least 2 years of experience. This role emphasizes effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Qualificações
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Able to read and interpret tenancy agreements and safety rules.
Responsabilidades
- Plan and assist to lease out properties to meet business needs.
- Source and implement marketing activities to promote properties.
- Build relationships with tenants and media for occupancy growth.
- Monitor budgetary performance of leasing-related activities.
