We are looking for passionate and energetic Community Managers to join Maxis team in Selangor, Perak, and Johor!
- Community Engagement
- Visit target buildings / apartments / residential daily to engage with residents and promote Maxis / Hotlink products and services.
- Meet with retailers in target buildings to discuss partnership opportunities and incentivize them to sell Maxis products.
- Organize weekly events in target areas to create brand awareness and generate leads.
- Event and Permit Management
- Secure necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
- Make logistical arrangements for event setup (e.g., booking venue, equipment rentals).
- Manage event budget and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Obtain approval from building management for booth setup.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and valid before booth setup.
- Ensure proper placement of POSM materials (e.g., posters, brochures) in all visited buildings, with approval from building management.
- Maintain a clean and professional display of POSM materials.
- Promote the benefits of Maxis Fibre to residents in target buildings.
- Secure approval from building management for the installation of Fibre Optic kits.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare daily reports on building visits, retailer interactions, and event outcomes.
- Create decks after each location visit, capturing key information such as number of residents reached, retailer contacts, and potential sales leads.
- Minimum diploma or relevant experience in sales or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
