Overview

Salary: RM 3,000.00 - 6,000.00 (Malaysian Ringgit)

We are looking for passionate and energetic Community Managers to join Maxis team in Selangor, Perak, and Johor!

Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement
  • Visit target buildings / apartments / residential daily to engage with residents and promote Maxis / Hotlink products and services.
  • Meet with retailers in target buildings to discuss partnership opportunities and incentivize them to sell Maxis products.
  • Organize weekly events in target areas to create brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Event and Permit Management
  • Secure necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
  • Make logistical arrangements for event setup (e.g., booking venue, equipment rentals).
  • Manage event budget and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
  • Obtain approval from building management for booth setup.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed and valid before booth setup.
  • Ensure proper placement of POSM materials (e.g., posters, brochures) in all visited buildings, with approval from building management.
  • Maintain a clean and professional display of POSM materials.
  • Promote the benefits of Maxis Fibre to residents in target buildings.
  • Secure approval from building management for the installation of Fibre Optic kits.
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Prepare daily reports on building visits, retailer interactions, and event outcomes.
  • Create decks after each location visit, capturing key information such as number of residents reached, retailer contacts, and potential sales leads.
