Job summary
A leading biopharmaceutical company seeks a Meeting Services Support Specialist in Petaling Jaya to manage the end-to-end meeting process for congresses and sponsorships. This role involves preparing contracts, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support global financial processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in English are essential, and familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Support end to end operational execution for global meeting services.

- Review and reconcile financial processes.
- Maintain process documentation and update procedures.
