A leading insurance provider based in Malaysia is seeking a highly skilled claims manager to support regional strategies, drive performance, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective claims management. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of insurance experience, with a focus on hull, machinery, and cargo claims. Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Supporting the Regional marine line of business capacity, via managing and driving performance in the attritional claims book - as well as managing and servicing the Malaysia domiciled marine claims.
To collate, compile and communicate key claims and performance data for presentation and distribution to internal stakeholders.
Providing delivery of claims services, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and equitable solution to claims in accordance with company guidelines.
To facilitate, and at times, manage technology integration into claims processes and management systems.
