A global health technology company seeks a People Leader Partner in Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on enhancing organizational capability, coaching People Leaders, and navigating complex business transformations. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in People Partnering, strong coaching abilities, and excels in stakeholder management. This position requires a hybrid work model with at least 3 days in the office.
As the People Leader Partner based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be executing the Global People Strategy of a particular business, region or function within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is part of a global team of PLPs responsible for coaching People Leaders and their teams.
You will work closely with our respective People Business Partners to ensure our People Leaders successfully execute the business workforce strategy, People Strategy, and that their teams have clear accountabilities and capabilities to deliver on their goals and KPIs in line with global/local policies, guidelines and tools. You will also engage with local People Partners on legal limitations or local labor law requirements and support People Leaders in understanding ways of working in the People Function Operating Model, personally acting as an advocate and role model.
This role is an Individual Contributor and reports directly to our Global People Team Leader of the People Lead Partners in the businesses.
