RF Optimization Engineer
Job summary
A leading telecommunications organization in Malaysia is hiring an RF Optimization Engineer to enhance network performance. This role involves optimizing parameters, analyzing drive test data, and working with cross-functional teams to achieve KPI targets. Candidates should have a strong analytical background with at least 3 years of experience in RF optimization, preferably with Huawei. Proficiency with tools like Genex and Nemo is essential.

- Solid understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies.
- Hands-on experience with RF optimization tools.

- Troubleshoot RF issues and propose optimization solutions.
- Work with DTE/DTA teams to achieve KPI targets.
