Advise customers on the repairs and keep customers updated.
Explain complex technical issues to customers in simple terms
Provide cost estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance
Address customer concerns and issues promptly
Offer advice on additional services based on the customer's needs and vehicle condition
Liaise with customers to schedule service appointments and check-ups
Contact customers to update them on the status of their vehicle repairs , resolve customer complaints after repair services are offered
