Job description
Responsibilities
  • Must be able to deal with matters related to Malaysian Customs, including documentation, clearance procedures and compliance requirements (Import and export shipments from Malaysia to Singapore & Singapore to Penang)
  • Must work closely with operations personnel to ensure smooth coordination of customer's consignment
  • To work closely with customer service to identify, report and seek corrective and preventive actions for all discrepancies
  • To closely monitor the consignments of customers by sending out pre-alerts and update customers on any discrepancies
  • Ensure and strive to meet all customer demands
  • Need to work towards smooth and effective communication flow between operations personnel and customer service
