Job summary
A leading manufacturing service provider in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack / Controls) to develop software for embedded Linux modules and real-time control systems. Candidates should possess expertise in embedded systems, Linux, and REST/gRPC along with experience in CI/CD and Docker. This role involves collaboration with architects and supporting pilot deployments, making it crucial for driving innovation in IC/LED burn-in/test and EMS services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in embedded systems development, Linux, and real-time control.
- Experience with REST/gRPC, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and testing automation.
- Strong knowledge of hardware interfaces and PLC integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop Embedded Linux modules and real-time control interfaces for PLCs.
- Build REST/gRPC services for communication between test hardware and applications.
- Design a modular software stack integrated with factory systems.
