Job summary
A global leader in integrated growth is seeking an HR Advisor in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you'll provide support to HR Business Partners, manage HR processes, and enhance employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, knowledge of Workday, strong communication skills, and a passion for people engagement. - Experience with Workday for data management and process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day advisory support to HR Business Partners.
- Oversee daily HR activities including performance management.
- Assist managers with employee issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure accuracy of HR data in Workday and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to implement HR programs.
