We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to support and manage key HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. This position will assist in developing HR strategies, improving HR processes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, payroll and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
Lead recruitment for key positions and support talent acquisition strategy.
Drive performance appraisal processes and assist in talent development planning.
Review and implement HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and support HR planning.
Coordinate training programs and staff engagement activities.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a senior capacity.
Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Able to work independently with a high level of integrity.
