About the role:

The incumber is responsible to enable, manage, support and improve the supply chain across the business functions to ensure on time and in full delivery that will positively impact profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist management of future and in season orders – consolidation, upload, confirmation, and amendment of orders accordingly.
  • Liaise with principal/vendor to obtain latest inbound shipping details and regulate container flow.
  • Provide weekly tracking reports for internal departments.
  • Co-ordinate with Principal and Logistic Partner for documentation, custom clearance, and priority of shipments
  • Co-ordinate with assigned shipping agent on shipment collection and movements.
  • Create IBD (inbound delivery) with carton ID in SAP.
  • Invoice upload in SAP against IBD.
  • Create internal department transfers in SAP.
  • Excess shortage claims from principle/vendor.
  • Coordinate RTV (return to vendor) process whenever required.
  • Provide accurate seasonal data for internal systems (including data for PI creation, master files, pricing).
  • Update the Original Retail Price received from Brand into the system based on pricing date.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise between departments.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Possess good analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
