Lead and mentor a team of test automation engineers, ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs and adherence to best practices.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver (8+ years).

Write clean, maintainable automation code following design patterns and object-oriented principles.

Integrate automation pipelines using Gradle and Jenkins.

Conduct code reviews and provide technical coaching to team members.

Validate backend data using SQL/SOQL during testing.

Collaborate in Agile Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Utilize Git for version control and manage distributed code repositories.

Apply Salesforce knowledge (3+ years) in both user and admin roles to support testing across Salesforce platforms.

Technical Skills:

Build & CI/CD: Gradle, Jenkins

Database: SQL, SOQL

Version Control: Git

Salesforce: Functional and admin-level experience

Monitoring & Tools: Chrome DevTools, Jira, Confluence, GitHub Actions

Nice to Have:

Experience in data-driven testing approaches

Familiarity with Java libraries like Slf4j, Lombok, and Jackson

Knowledge of SFTP, Shell scripting, Encryption, and Docker

Skill Areas:

Primary: Application Development – Testing (Expert)

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
