We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to join our dynamic team at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' in Tampoi Johor. As QA Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our processes and systems. • Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance strategies and procedures
• Overseeing the testing and validation of our products, services, and internal processes
• Identifying and resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality practices
• Analysing data and generating reports to provide valuable insights and recommendations
• Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Leading and mentoring a team of quality assurance professionals

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting, and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
• Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
