A leading recruitment agency seeks a Senior Key Account Executive in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to develop relationships with customers and drive sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business, as well as 3-5 years of experience in FMCG key account management. Strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel are essential. The role involves leading business acquisition efforts and ensuring promotion effectiveness.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers, industry leaders, and peers to enhance the company's image and achieve business objectives. Establish and manage relationships with distributor and buyer to achieve sale targets and KPIs.
Identify and pursue strategic initiatives and opportunities within key customers and new business acquisitions.
Accountable & responsible for Sell Out sales performance for distributor by category by channel.
Lead efforts in acquiring new business by profiling potential prospects and maintaining relationships.
Analyse evolving customer needs and market trends to strategically respond and ensure long-term business success.
Manage and monitor the regional budget, assessing financial performance to evaluate investment effectiveness.
Experience managing consumer and trade promotions, from planning to execution and evaluation. Timely listing of new products into key account according to launch plan.
Perform all local and import functions under the directive of the Sales and Marketing Team.
Review monthly and quarterly sales performance, business review and promotion effectiveness with distributor and buyer to align both sell-out and sell-in by category.
Prepare business plan presentation to the distributor and customer.
To ensure distributors implement the agreed action plans within the stipulated time frame and submit required reports on the results achieved upon execution of the action plans.
