We are looking for a Talent Researcher is to directly contribute to the profitability of PERSOLKELLY by successfully delivering placements. They need to identify and source suitable candidates for the Consultants’ job orders.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a key member of the Singapore Desk team, responsible for fulfilling the staffing requirements of Singapore-based clients.
- Understand Singapore consultant clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions.
- Utilizing a diverse range of sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates for Consultants' job orders, such as headhunting, talent database searches, online job advertisements, and referrals.
- Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for the position. Match the most suitable candidates to the available positions.
- Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking, etc.
- Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome.
-Manage Candidate Relationship till they are offered or rejected by the client.
-Share feedback with candidates in an appropriate manner.
-Ensure stringent compliance to organization’s procedure and policies
-Other ad hoc duties.
What We’re Looking For:
Possess bachelor's degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Have 1-2 years of relevant working experiences will be an added advantage.
Strong passion for sales and recruitment.
Must have excellent organizing, time management, communication, and people skills.
