We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager/PMO to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full life cycle of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.The IT Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals. Additionally, the role will involve contributing to the establishment and continuous improvement of the Project Management Office (PMO) processes and methodologies within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Will Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholders requirements.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage project execution to ensure timely delivery. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring risks, issues and changes are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide status updates, resolve roadblocks, and ensure alignment. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.Support the creation and maintenance of PMO processes, templates, and Standards ,ensure consistent application of project management methodologies and tools across all projects in the organization.
• Assist in resource management and allocation across various projects to ensure optimal use of team and resources. Track and report on project performance metrics and key performanceindicators (KPIs). Support the governance of IT projects, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices .
• Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution and ensure business requirements are met. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Will identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that risks are managed proactively and Escalate critical issues to senior management and stakeholders as to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Responsible for contributing to the ongoing improvement of project management methodologies, tools and processes within the PMO, conduct project post-mortems and derive lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Min 7-10 years of experience in IT project management or PMO roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies , including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar, Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure, software development, or systems integration projects is a plus. Must have Cloud technologies, Enterprise applications, or ITIL processes Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including managing expectations and ensuring effective communication across all levels.
