Job summary
A technology solutions provider in Johor is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in non-standard automation. The successful candidate will have over 2 years of experience in assembling and debugging automation equipment, proficiency in PLC programming, and strong troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers to install equipment and training technicians on operation and maintenance. A degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in non-standard automation.
- Strong understanding of robotics and vision systems.
- Capable of training technicians/operators.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and debug non-standard automation equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures during production.
- Collaborate with engineers for equipment installation and operation.
Skills
Education
Position: Electrical Engineer (Non-standard Automation Direction)
- Have more than 2 years of experience in assembling and debugging non-standard automation equipment, with a strong understanding of robotics and vision systems. Proficient in PLC2 programming, collaborating with domestic engineers to install, splice, and debug equipment according to customer requirements. Responsible for completing SAT/PQ and other verification tasks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting equipment failures during production and providing quick solutions.
- Collaborate with domestic engineers to train customer technicians/operators on equipment operation, maintenance, commissioning, etc.
- Specialize in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing. Capable of reading 2D/3D mechanical drawings and familiar with various mechanical structures for effective debugging.
