Job summary

Rolling Arrays in Malaysia seeks an HRIS Implementation Specialist to independently configure HRIS modules, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will gather requirements, document specs, configure modules, test changes, and support data migration. The role also covers end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure client satisfaction and successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Workday Core HCM Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
• Configure and test HRIS modules to meet client requirements; support data migration.
• Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs; collect feedback for system changes.
• Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs, training materials, and docs.
• Provide post-go-live support and implement minor enhancements per SLAs.

Role Summary

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
