Job summary

Rolling Arrays in Malaysia is seeking an HRIS Consultant who independently delivers module configurations, engages clients, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will gather business needs, design solutions, configure modules, test, train end users, and provide post-go-live support, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and Workday Core HCM certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of HRIS implementation, support or end-user experience.
• Hands-on in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements; perform data migration as needed.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs; collect feedback to drive changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training; prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documents.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve issues within SLAs and implement minor enhancements from client feedback.

Role Summary

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
