Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules and mentor junior team members. The role involves running requirements workshops, designing scalable HRIS solutions, and managing client relationships to proactively address risks.

The candidate will oversee SIT/UAT cycles, ensure high-quality deliverables, and share best practices across projects. Strong communication and leadership are essential, with Workday Core HCM certification mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 4-7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).

Responsibilities

Role Summary

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned
