Job summary

Rolling Arrays in Malaysia seeks an HRIS Implementation Specialist who independently configures HRIS modules, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise. You will gather requirements, configure modules, conduct demos and UAT, deliver end-user training, and provide post-go-live support. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years’ HRIS experience, plus Workday Integration Certification.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements; advise on HRIS design options.
• Configure modules and perform data migration activities.
• Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs; collect feedback to drive changes.
• Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documentation.
• Provide post-go-live support and implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
