Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced Workday Lead - Core HCM to drive the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Workday's Core Human Capital Management modules. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring optimal configuration and continuous improvement of Workday HCM processes.

This role includes leading implementation initiatives, collaborating with HR and IT, and mentoring junior team members. Required qualifications include a university degree in computer science and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in regional solution/system support.
• Workday configuration experience with strong focus on Core HCM.
• Experience as a Workday Partner is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Workday's Core HCM modules.
• Lead end-to-end implementation initiatives from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to align system functionality with business needs.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts or team members.
