Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to manage and optimize the Workday system for a multinational manufacturing footprint in Johor. You will oversee employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, while leading flexHR implementations to drive continuous system improvements.

The role requires 5+ years of HRIS experience, strong Workday expertise, and the ability to collaborate with HR, IT and external vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 5 years HRIS experience with Workday.
Hands-on Workday and flexHR implementations.
Manufacturing/high-tech HR domain knowledge preferred.
Strong analytical and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Manage, support and optimize Workday system, ensuring system stability, data accuracy and smooth daily operations.
Act as key HRIS contact for employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding.
Lead and support flexHR HRIS project implementation.
Partner with HR, IT and external vendors to resolve system issues and drive improvements.
Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards to support HR and management decisions.
Ensure HR data integrity, system compliance and proper user access control.
Provide HRIS user support, training and guidance to HR and business users.
