Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS delivery, Workday consulting, or related roles.
• Experience leading Workday delivery from requirements through deployment and support.
• Strong understanding of Workday architectures, security, and data models.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm and service performance of the Workday HCM function, leading the team to manage requests, incidents, changes and releases.
• Establish clear ownership, service expectations, escalation paths, and performance reporting.
• Lead delivery of Workday HCM enhancements from demand to go-live and steady-state support.
