Rolling Arrays Consulting in Malaysia seeks an HRIS specialist who can independently configure HRIS modules, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will lead requirements workshops, configure and test modules, conduct demos and UAT, deliver end-user training, and provide post-go-live support, while documenting BRDs and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years HRIS implementation/support experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Workday Core HCM Certification required.

Responsabilités

Role Summary:

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.

• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).
