• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of HRIS implementation / support / end user experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client SMEs to gather requirements and document functional specs.
• Configure HRIS modules and support data migration to meet client needs.
• Lead end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs; collect feedback.
• Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs and training materials.
• Provide post-go-live support and implement minor enhancements per feedback.
