Rolling Arrays is seeking a Change Management Lead to own end-to-end change delivery on HR transformation programmes across APAC. You will grow change management as a revenue line, coordinating with client HR, IT and leadership to ensure adoption and value realization.

You will design strategies, lead stakeholder engagement, and develop reusable assets while mentoring junior consultants. This role offers exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and other platforms in a regional context.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of change management experience, leading end-to-end workstreams

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end change management workstreams on HR technology programmes from mobilisation through adoption
• Apply the ADKAR model to diagnose readiness, design interventions and track adoption
• Run stakeholder mapping, change impact and readiness assessments
• Design and deliver change, communications and training strategies aligned to programme milestones
• Build and coach change champions and networks across units and countries
• Partner with client sponsors to secure sponsorship and resolve resistance
• Define adoption KPIs and report progress to steering committees
• Integrate change activities into the delivery plan with other consultants and PMs
• Identify and qualify change management opportunities within existing accounts
• Scope, estimate and write change management proposals and change requests
• Support pre-sales with solution design and client presentations
• Develop reusable assets and templates for the change offering
• Contribute to practice targets for change management sales and delivery revenue
• Mentor junior consultants and build change capability across the team
• Bring market insight on HR transformation and adoption trends
