Rolling Arrays is seeking an experienced HRIS delivery lead in Malaysia to own end-to-end module delivery and drive architecture decisions. You will lead client workshops, mentor junior consultants, and ensure project quality and timely delivery while maintaining accountability for team leadership outcomes.

The role requires guiding cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering high-impact HRIS implementations across SAP SuccessFactors platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 7-10 years of HRIS experience with at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
• Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders and drive milestone sign-offs.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams and provide structured feedback.
