Dentsu Holdings Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR Change & Adoption Manager on a 6-month contract to drive successful HR transformation across APAC using structured change management, communication, and learning initiatives.

You will bridge global strategy with regional execution, tailoring approaches to local needs while ensuring a consistent employee experience. The role requires hands-on Workday change management experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver engaging

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Change Management, HR Transformation, HR Technology, Learning & Development, or HR Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with Workday in HR environments, including releases, adoption, and change activities.
• Strong ability to translate technical changes into practical business outcomes and to design engaging training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for Workday releases and HR transformation programmes across APAC.
• Collaborate with Global HR Systems, HR Centres of Excellence, and regional stakeholders to localise initiatives.
• Design and deliver training, user guides, FAQs, demos, and digital learning resources.
• Develop and maintain change plans, communications strategies, and supporting docs for stakeholders.
• Build regional user communities and super-user networks to promote adoption and long-term engagement.
• Monitor adoption metrics and provide insights to continuously improve change effectiveness.
