Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking a Change Management Lead to own end-to-end change delivery on HR transformation programmes and to grow change management as a revenue line across clients in Asia Pacific.

The role requires leading change workstreams, applying ADKAR, and coordinating with HR, IT and leaders to secure sponsorship and drive adoption. You will mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–8 years of change management experience, including leading end-to-end workstreams.
• Familiarity with the Prosci ADKAR model and practical application on programmes.
• Proven ability to design and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and training plans.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working with steering committees.
• Commercial awareness: able to spot opportunities, scope work and contribute to proposals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with confident facilitation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organisational psychology or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management workstreams on HR technology programmes, from mobilisation through adoption.
• Apply the ADKAR model to diagnose readiness, design interventions and track adoption.
• Run stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
• Design and deliver change, communications and training strategies aligned to milestones.
• Build and coach change champion networks across units and countries.
• Partner with client HR, IT and sponsorship to secure buy-in and resolve resistance.
• Define adoption KPIs and report progress to steering committees; adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with consultants and project managers to integrate change activities into delivery.
