Rolling Arrays - Consulting in Malaysia seeks a senior HRIS Consultant/Lead to own end-to-end module delivery, lead client workshops, and drive solution architecture decisions. You will mentor junior talent, ensure project quality, and maintain timely delivery while carrying mandatory leadership accountability.

The role requires 7–10 years of HRIS experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and SAP certification, with a focus on cross-functional team guidance and stakeholder

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 7–10 years of HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated people management and team development capability.

Responsabilidades

• Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
• Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams and mentor team members.
