Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced IT professional to implement and support WMS, ERP and related IT solutions. You will configure and integrate systems, collaborate with business units, and lead technical projects to deliver reliable warehouse operations.

The role requires strong SQL/data analysis skills, experience with reporting tools, and knowledge of APIs and data mapping. You’ll work with DHL IT Services in a dynamic logistics environment in Penang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting WMS systems (3PL preferred).
• Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C integrations (APIs, data mapping, protocols).
• Proficient in Crystal/Jasper Reports or SSRS; good SQL and data analysis.
• Knowledge of VBA, PL/SQL and BI tools (Power BI an advantage).
• Understanding of WMS and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead WMS implementations and configurations, including integrations.
• Translate business needs into IT solutions with stakeholders.
• Manage projects and ensure UAT success and documentation.
• Perform system installations, upgrades, and third-party integrations.
• Ensure incidents are resolved within SLAs and pursue process improvements.
