Job summary

Geek+ seeks an experienced System Consultant to join its APAC team in Malaysia. The role focuses on leading requirements gathering for warehouse management systems, translating business needs into detailed blueprints, and guiding delivery from design to deployment.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure feasible, timely solutions while developing PRDs, test cases, and training materials. Bilingual English/Chinese ability is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• 5–6 years of experience as System Consultant/Business Analyst or similar role, focused on WMS.
• Proven track record of implementing WMS solutions (SAP EWM, Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS) in a consulting environment.
• Deep understanding of warehousing operations, inbound/outbound, inventory, cycle counting, labor management, and 3PL integration.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation; bridge between clients, tech teams, and vendors.
• Translate objectives into detailed project blueprints, specs, and functional designs.
• Collaborate with system product teams and clients to ensure feasible, timely delivery.
• Deliver system blueprints to guide development and implementation teams.
• Prepare and present PRDs and test cases based on the blueprint; review manuals and training materials.
• Develop and present pre-sales materials and solution proposals for logistics and warehousing projects.
• Create and standardize project documentation including functional blueprints and configuration guides.
