IT Integrations & Data Analytics Lead

Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a skilled IT professional to drive integrations between WMS and TMS and data extraction for Power BI analytics. You will work across APAC on data-enabled projects, creating documentation and guiding colleagues on new solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years in integration projects, solid SQL and BI experience, and English fluency. A strong understanding of SDLC and ERP systems will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in Integrations and digitalization projects.
• Experience with B2B/B2C integration technologies (APIs, data mapping, protocols).
• Experience in Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, SSRS or other reporting services.
• Excellent SQL, data analysis and database design skills.
• Knowledge of VBA, PL/SQL and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI a plus).
• Good understanding of WMS/TMS/ERP systems and SDLC/PM methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure integrations between WMS and TMS and between customer and DHL systems.
• Extract data for Power BI usage and analytics.
• Address diverse data analytics requirements across APAC using DHL tools and platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation across project lifecycles.
• Ensure service requests and incidents meet SLAs.
• Study, evaluate and implement new IT solutions for the business.
• Guide team members on new solutions and manage assigned projects.
• Participate in testing, training, deployment and post-implementation support.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues and liaise with IT vendors.
