Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Malaysia is seeking a IT professional to develop and support system integrations, manage EDI and API connections, and identify automation opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a IT-related degree, experience in integration projects, and strong SQL skills, plus familiarity with logistics systems such as

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Experience in system integration, EDI, API, or automation projects.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience developing dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, WMS, TMS, or SAP environments is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support system integrations between internal and external applications.
• Manage and maintain EDI and API integrations with customers and business partners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve business processes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and business insights.
• Work closely with business users, customers, vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and process efficiency.
