• Detail process knowledge on the product handled.

Responsibilities

• Attain yield targets and drive continuous improvement for the area of responsibility.
• Understand the relationship between wire manufacturing characteristics and wire bonding performance to ensure consistent bondability, bond strength, and reliability.
• Involve in tool optimization, process optimization and startup; define control as required.
