Job summary

Heraeus Materials Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor is seeking a senior manufacturing professional responsible for attaining yield targets and optimizing wire drawing and bonding processes to deliver consistent product quality.

The role emphasizes SPC-based control, process monitoring, and continuous improvement, with ownership of new product introductions, productivity, cost reduction, and OEE/OTD improvements.

Qualifications

Job description

Full responsible for attaining the yield target for the area of responsibility. Understand the relationship between wire manufacturing characteristics and wire bonding performance to ensure consistent bondability, bond strength, and reliability. Invovle in tool optimization, process optimization and start up. Define control as required.

Ensure manufacturing processes are stable, predictable, and capable by controlling variation through SPC, process monitoring, and proactive continuous improvement. Meet OTD and support cost projects as required.

Responsible for evaluating and determining process flow for new products introduction.

Responsible for continual improvement of the yield, productivity, cost, OEE and OTD for area of responsibility.

Responsible for customer complaints issue. To provide 8D / Failure analysis and solution to address complaints.

Responsible for implementing corrective actions derived from analysis to manufacturing processes.
