You will analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve conversion, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, and coordinate with design and merchandisers to optimize the online store experience and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of product-related tasks within the online shop, including product uploading, order forecasting, and inventory management.
• Continuously update product listings to reflect seasonal and market changes, ensuring optimal user experience and online shopping environment
• Determine web portal content based on data analysis and trends to enhance user experience and drive engagement
• Drive revenue growth by optimizing store design and product display to maximize conversion rates and lead generation
• Plan and work closely with merchandiser team for pricing strategies, deals, and promotions on marketplace platforms to increase exposure and sales
• Collaborate with internal teams such as the design team to ensure online store graphic design meets the best practice standards
• Analyze sales data, product performance, and customer behavior to develop and implement effective strategies for increasing conversion rates, basket size, and customer retention
• Work closely with brand digital marketing to drive paid online acquisition and retargeting campaigns across various channels
• Collaborate with brand and marketing managers to develop yearly promotion plans and monthly campaigns
• Track and analyze weekly analytics and metrics to report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Develop strategies to streamline the customer service process and improve response times
• Collaborate closely with retail store personnel to facilitate online customer purchases
