Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, logistics, or operations management in F&B or wine distribution.
• Familiarity with local customs regulations and liquor licensing framework.
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and basic inventory management systems.
• Formal wine certifications (WSET) or strong wine knowledge.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and regulatory paperwork handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end import/export procedures, including freight forwarding and customs clearance.
• Manage liquor licenses, permits, and government regulations compliance.
• Handle documentation for excise duties, customs declarations, and labeling rules.
• Manage and optimize online storefronts and product listings across channels.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate pricing/descriptions/assets for online sales.
• Support digital marketing and customer service for online channels.
• Engage with HORECA clients and traditional trade partners.
• Assist in expanding wholesale distribution and coordinating trade tastings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities.
