Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, order status, delivery updates, and basic after-sales support.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely delivery and correct documentation.
• Support order amendments, cancellations, and refunds when required.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Assist in updating order statuses and ensuring information consistency across systems.
• Support basic reporting related to customer service enquiries and order issues.

Position Overview

The E-Commerce Executive (Customer Service Focus) is responsible for handling customer communications, supporting online order fulfilment, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all e-commerce touchpoints.

While customer service is the primary focus, this role also supports basic e-commerce operations and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Support

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, order status, delivery updates, and basic after-sales support.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints, and returns, and escalate issues when necessary.

E-Commerce Order Support

• Monitor online orders and ensure they are processed and fulfilled accurately.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely delivery and correct documentation.
• Support order amendments, cancellations, and refunds when required.

Coordination & Administration

• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Assist in updating order statuses and ensuring information consistency across systems.
• Support basic reporting related to customer service enquiries and order issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce operations, or order support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with online platforms and messaging tools and basic systems.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
