Job summary

Stream Empire Holdings in Malaysia at Lalaport is seeking a Guest Experience Cum Sales Associate to greet customers and explain products, assisting with purchases and delivering great service.

You will process payments, keep areas clean, restock supplies, and follow health and safety rules while working shifts including weekends.

Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus a passion for wine, are highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent listening and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in food & beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
• Wine knowledge is an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn about food & beverage preparation and products.
• Enjoy talking to people and approaching customers confidently.
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, explain product information and assist with purchases.
• Process cash and card payments accurately at the register.
• Keep work and customer areas clean and organized at all times.
• Restock supplies and notify management when inventory is running low.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Address customer questions and refer to managers when needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrate teamwork with superiors and peers.
