Job summary

Oriental Food Industries Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Executive based in Puchong to oversee daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces, while driving campaigns, listings, and livestreams to boost GMV.

You will analyze performance, optimize product pages, coordinate with marketing and logistics, and stay ahead of platform trends to grow sales and visibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor in E-commerce, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management or livestream operations.
• Experience with Retail or FMCG is highly preferred.
• Deep familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop Seller Centre.
• Strong livestream setup and engagement tactics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily operations across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.).
• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end campaigns, pricing, and promotions.
• Lead and coordinate livestreams, including technical setup and host collaboration.
• Monitor performance, generate reports, and derive data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with marketing, design and logistics teams and with external partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor platform trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure product information and storefronts are accurate and SEO-friendly.
