Job summary

GMG in Malaysia seeks an Ecommerce Executive in Kuala Lumpur to drive brand presence, optimize the online store, and enhance the customer experience through strategic thinking and hands-on operations.

You will manage product catalogs, pricing, promotions, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, and Buying teams to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Retail or ecommerce-related field.
• 2–5 years of ecommerce experience, preferably with fashion brands.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Website management: maintain catalog, including images and descriptions, prices and day-to-day operations of the website.
• Sales and performance: plan pricing, promotions, data analysis, maximize revenue.
• Inventory and order management: manage inventory for website, fulfillment time and rate.
• Relationship management: coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing and Buying teams for optimum results.
• Customer experience: manage customer ratings, reviews, build customer loyalty, and customer return.
