Job summary

Swatch Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Account Manager for wholesale sales across POS and dealers. You will drive sales objectives, nurture dealer relationships, and ensure brand guidelines are met through stock allocation and AR monitoring.

You will collaborate with Marketing for VM updates and campaigns, manage inventory analysis, training, and reporting, while coordinating with Customer Care to address repairs and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives in wholesale channels.
• Solicit, build and maintain dealer relationships.
• Monitor AR to ensure POS comply with brand guidelines and stock allocation.
• Track AR performance and drive corrective actions for product availability.
• Ensure timely payments; bi-weekly inventory analysis.
• Keep stock levels healthy; manage orders and replenishment for Tissot via Arkieva.
• Submit weekly/monthly sales progress and retailers' performance reports.
• Upload monthly store visit reports into Mystore with consistent field activity documentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute VM updates, GWP setups, visual merchandising refreshes, campaigns and in-store activations.
• Monitor press coverage and report key updates to Marketing Team and Brand Manager.
• Coordinate with team to improve product environment in POS.
• Ensure POS displays align with Brand Merchandising guidelines.
• Plan and implement training programs per Brand Manager.
• Keep retail staff certified through Tissot Academy and update retailers with latest brand information.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Advisors to manage repairs and complaints efficiently.
• Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by Sales Manager and Brand Manager.
